Why was I charged multiple times?Updated 10 months ago

When you are placing an order on our website and enter an incorrect or invalid credit card number, expiration date, security code, or billing address, your order will likely be declined and you will be redirected back to the Billing page of the checkout process.

If this happens, it's possible that you will see a "pending charge" on your bank statement for each time you submitted incorrect or invalid payment information. Don't worry, these pending charges will clear from your bank statement within 3-5 business days. If these pending charges do appear, there is nothing that we can do about it on our end. If you're concerned about the pending charges, your best option will be to contact your bank directly. Please be advised that most banks will drop them if contacted over the phone.

If the pending charges do not disappear, please reach out to our customer support through our help portal so we can investigate the issue.
